Executive Chef AJ Voytko

Cooking Up Unique Epicurean Experiences

Chef Voytko learned how to respect food and prepare it magnificently under the watchful eye of his mentor Chef Trey Foshee, his biggest culinary influence. Chef Voytko started his career off strong, as the recipient of the Youngest and Brightest Chef by Anthony Dias Blue and the Rising Star from James Beard Foundation. He was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives for Food Network, and he was on the Travel Channel's Food Paradise.

Chef Voytko is a passionate philanthropist, and he works with Unity Farms at the Oregon Food Bank and NoKidHungry. When he’s not preparing magic in the kitchen, he’s enjoying spending time with his family.

Chef's Counter

The Chef’s Counter is a fantastic dining experience for up to 5 people at Terrane Italian Kitchen + Bar at The Porter Hotel. Once the guests are seated, the Chef will come out for an introduction and a little story about Terrane and the dining experience that awaits them.

The Chef will find out the Diners’ preferences, likes and dislikes, as well as allergies so that the best personalized menu can be made for their experience. Wine pairings can be offered for a supplemental cost.

$105 per person
$55 per person for wine pairings + 18% Gratuity Added

A 24-hour notice is mandatory with the last seating for the counter being 8pm.
